Bob Kalbfleisch
Chief of Operations
After working in sales for a national business forms company, Bob embarked on his future as an entrepreneur and opened his own company, Craig Business Forms, in 1963. His wife, Mary, kept the books. They named the business after their then-newborn son, Craig.
Bob set up his office in a corner of the basement in the Kalbfleisch home. Business was good, and it eventually took over the entire basement.
In 1986, Bob hired Craig as his first employee. Craig worked part-time as a salesman while attending college full-time. Craig took over the day-to-day operations of the company in 1997.
Bob is now semi-retired. He has forgotten more about business forms and printing than the rest of us will probably ever know. On the occasional day when it's too cold to play golf, he still comes into the office to make sure we treat the customers the way he taught us.
The success of Craig Business Forms is founded on the main principle Bob established back in 1963: The customer is always first.
